The Safe Community Project combines strategic communications, graphic design, award-winning film and video production, digital media, educational content, and public engagement to help agencies and organizations tell important stories effectively. Institutional Emergency Planning.
Museums, cultural institutions, event venues, businesses, and other public-facing organizations have unique responsibilities when an emergency occurs. The Safe Community Project helps organizations identify their risks, evaluate existing capabilities, and build practical systems for protecting employees, visitors, facilities, and operations. Our work can include Emergency Response and Operations Plans, EOC development, evacuation and shelter planning, emergency communications, continuity considerations, exercises, and staff preparedness programs. We can also provide CPR, BLS, First Aid, and other readiness training that gives employees the skills and confidence to act when something goes wrong. Our objective is to create an integrated preparedness strategy—one that defines responsibilities, improves decision-making, and helps an organization respond effectively when a plan becomes reality.
